Gyokko Ryuu

Gyokko Ryuu is considered the oldest style within the Bujinkan. According to oral history, the foundations of Gyokko Ryuu were brought to Japan from China in the late Tang Dynasty.

A martial arts school of kosshijutsu, its techniques revolve around dexterous movements and the devastating use of fingers and toes to attack the opponent's weak points. The kihon happou and gogyo no kata are said to be from Gyokko Ryuu.
